Meals: Pre-cooked Frozen Meals

Schedule: Deliveries by appointment.
Eligibility: People 60 and older AND homebound due to illness or social distancing, people under 60, on SSDI, and having difficulty preparing meals and people homebound due to illness or social distancing.

Notes:
Provides up to five meals each week to each participant in the program, on a short-term or long-term basis.
Meals are delivered on Tuesdays or Thursdays and generally arrive between 10:30 AM and 12:30 PM.
Meals are delivered frozen.
Several meal options are available for those with dietary concerns: standard, low sodium, vegetarian, gluten-free, and pureed meals. If you have any additional dietary concerns, please contact the Agency.
$3.50 per meal suggested donation.
